Jeff:

I gave my aunt and uncle that information so she can call up the manufacturers and ask more information. She said as you did, that she wasn't sure the WLP was a true "undercounter" unit. She had a Westinghouse previously, and from what I can gather, the installer at the time was able to remove a decorative panel up top to make it fit. Apparently, that was only a decorative cover and there was still something covering the internals of the machine.

Bosch will probably be expensive, so she is going to look into the Frigidaire. She had just gotten a new fridge and wants things to somewhat match. She's been using the one in my cousin's apartment downstairs, but wants one on her level of the house....her and my uncle are in their 80's (but still active), but want a little convenience for doing wash .

She's going to call Fridigaire today, I gave her the customer service # so she can call and talk to someone. Her and my uncle are both retired civil servants, so they have plenty of time to call .

Thanks again, as always!
