Hello Everyone,

I like to welcome you with any question that is related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

Here are some pretty basic rules.

1- Do-It-Yourselfers.

I will only provide the basic trouble shooting of your system. Since some of these equipment are complex, I may advise you to have a pro look into the problem more. You may think I may sound like "I don't want to do it" I am not.. I rather have it done right than risking your life and your household.

Please do not ask for step by step instructions on purchasing, installing or repairing your own HVAC equipment

2- No pricing questions please.

Since we have a large area to cover, I will not be able to price you a "TRUE" price on something. You can ask but I will give you a ROUGH ball park price.

3- EPA Certification

If you are NOT EPA Certified to service cooling/heating system that contains refrigerant, DO NOT release it into space! Only a Pro can service the refrigerant pat of the system.

4- Info info info...

This can't be said enough, We need all the info you can give us.

-Where you from?
-What's the HVAC Brand Name?
-Fuel Source?
-Model?
-Age of the system?
-What's the problem?

Example...

"Hi, I am from Minnesota, I have a Trane Gas furnace, XV90 that is about 2 years old that is not heating........."

5- Reply Time.

I am not able to be on this sight 24/7! :-) I will try my best to reply as soon I am able to get on-line to read the questions.

Others are more than welcome to help out if they feel comfortable.

Thanks for your time. and be looking forward of helping you!
-Jay
