I will get the Model Number tonight. It takes me time to "work up" the courage to tackle these handyman problems (it takes me about 6 months to
doing things - I finally changed the dogs on my washer).
I hear a sizzling sound, and an "on again, off again" in the ice maker area, but no water. It's an "Estate" by GE (I will get the model number), but I don't even know how to explain the "symptoms" except: I hear the on-and-off sound of water going into the ice maker but no ice. And, I hear that sizzling sound (but I think it has stopped). Related or unrelated?
I am wanting to have ice this summer... Let' see, six (6) months will have the problem fixed by Christmas
