Hello; my name is luc.....i bought an older Sperling gas cooktop.....model #0522-11-900....serial # dao299.....there`s no conversion kit for this unit so i
want some feedback regarding this conversion please...i can`t convert the regulator so out it goes and in comes an lp regulator(not bought yet)this is easily
replaced.......need smaller holes in orifices for lp(i have a chart) so i either braze them shut and re-drill to proper hole size for lp or try to find some
orifices of the right thread and hole size and buy them.....now let`s assume i have all of this done.....do i need to re-work the burners themselves or the
control knobs or is there anything else i`m missing?don`t wish to spend money just to find out nothing works....any help?

Hi,

sent orifices to get brazed then re-drilled.....bought propane regulator to replace gas regulator....should work then.....thanks
